Sam specializes in commercial, civil and real estate related litigation and represents property owners and developers in all aspects of real estate – development, leasing, lease violations, evictions and collections. Sam has represented established commercial landlords such as The Rockefeller Group and has worked alongside companies such as Dollar General in order to clearly establish rights and obligations of all parties involved. Regardless of the size of the client’s portfolio, Sam provides the same level of personal attention, care and dedication to all real estate owners and investors.
Sam also represents property owners and management companies in legal proceedings in both state and federal court. Sam has represented clients against various charges brought by private individuals and the Office of the Attorney General (New Jersey – Division of Civil Rights) for alleged violations of the Fair Housing Act and New Jersey Law Against Discrimination. Sam also regularly represents property owners and developers challenging violations issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and has obtained some of the most favorable settlement terms provided by the Department in recent history.
In addition to serving his real estate clients, Sam works with local and international companies in business related matters and advises clients in the sale or acquisition of assets. In the area of business disputes, Sam represents individuals and corporations engaged in litigation achieve the most favorable results either through settlements or trials.
